No. Submitting the form is a reservation request. Your booking is confirmed only after availability has been verified and the required deposit has been paid.
A minimum of 20% of the total cost is required to secure and confirm a booking.
If you need to cancel, JMB Foundation must be informed as early as possible. Refunds and possible penalties are subject to discussion and agreement, depending on the timing and nature of the booking.
